MBA Non-Profit Connection

Alison Davis, Executive Director of MNC, provides individual career counseling to students who are interested in pursuing a career in the nonprofit sector. This one-on-one counseling can help you focus your search and identify opportunities suited to your skills and experience, as well as guide you in tailoring your resume and cover letter. Wharton has a special arrangement with MNC whereby the Career Management Office will cover the cost of an initial session with Alison. To have this session with her, it is required that a student get a referral from Jennifer Savoie at savoiej@wharton.upenn.edu or (215) 898-6240.

Wharton students and alumni have access to the Wharton MBA Job Board with new social impact jobs surfacing every week for both summer and full time opportunities. Students and alumni can subscribe to a weekly email updating them on new postings for social impact-related positions.

Net Impact National Job Board

Their Job Board features the following types of positions, all of which are MBA level or higher:
  • Positions focused on corporate social and environmental responsibility
  • Other jobs in companies that are committed to social responsibility
  • Nonprofit positions requiring business skills
